Resulting in a win-win, the university gained access to additional students and graduating students transferred their associate’s degrees into an accredited four-year program.
➢ Consistently evaluated high in student loyalty with net promoter scores of 9.5 or higher (Promoter). Also, received positive net promoter scores, ranging between 87% to 100%, each academic quarter.
➢ Spearheaded the improvement of a campus and an Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) office from marginal to outstanding, establishing each as a benchmark within their university and regional organizations.
➢ Mentored two employees to earn early promotions and quarterly/yearly awards both rose to leadership positions and assisted their direct reports to achieve similar accomplishments.
