Selected Accomplishments:

➢ Negotiated articulation agreements with Northern Virginia Community College, Prince George’s Community College, Delaware County Community College, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology. Resulting in a win-win, the university gained access to additional students and graduating students transferred their associate’s degrees into an accredited four-year program.
➢ Consistently evaluated high in student loyalty with net promoter scores of 9.5 or higher (Promoter). Also, received positive net promoter scores, ranging between 87% to 100%, each academic quarter.
➢ Spearheaded the improvement of a campus and an Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) office from marginal to outstanding, establishing each as a benchmark within their university and regional organizations.
➢ Mentored two employees to earn early promotions and quarterly/yearly awards both rose to leadership positions and assisted their direct reports to achieve similar accomplishments.
➢ Coached new supervisors to use interpersonal skills to guide direct reports to successfully complete their tasks, previously the supervisors used their titles as the way to guide their offices, which resulted in performance ranging from marginal to average.
➢ Devised and developed the promotion guidelines for officers competing for promotion in the grades of captain through colonel.
